Reclaiming the Resources for Health: Building Universal People Centred Health Systems in East and Southern Africa
The EQUINET Steering Committee held the Third EQUINET Regional Conference on Equity in Health in east and southern Africa at Munyonyo, Kampala, Uganda September 23rd -25th 2009. The conference was a unique opportunity to hear original work and debate on the determinants of, challenges to and opportunities for equity in health in this region. EQUINET holds its regional conferences every four to five years, and this was the third held in the region.
